1.2. This Privacy Policy applies when you visit our website available at www.algiz-systems.com (hereinafter – the Website), order our services, contact us by email, telephone, or other electronic communication channels.
1.3. The term "personal data" used in this Privacy Policy (hereinafter – Personal Data) means any information or set of information by which we can directly or indirectly identify you, for example, by your name, surname, email address, telephone number, etc.
1.4. When processing Personal Data, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (EU) (hereinafter – the GDPR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter – the LLPPD), as well as instructions of supervisory authorities.

1.6. If you visit the Website, contact us or address us, subscribe to our news, please read this Privacy Policy and, where applicable, we will ask you to confirm that you have familiarised yourself with the Privacy Policy.

The controller of your Personal Data is UAB "Algiz lt", a private limited liability company established in the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 306732348, address Vilniaus g. 31, LT-01402 Vilnius, with data collected and processed in the Register of Legal Entities of SE Centre of Registers (hereinafter – the Company, we, or the data controller).
3. How Do We Obtain Your Personal Data?
3.1. We obtain your Personal Data:
- 3.1.1. Directly from you when you provide your Personal Data to us. For example, when you visit the Website, seek to use the services we provide, submit consultation requests, communicate with us by email or telephone, etc.
- 3.1.2. When we collect Personal Data while you visit the Website. For example, we may record the history of submitted requests or visits to the Website, IP address, opened URL links, etc.
- 3.1.3. When we receive Personal Data from other persons, for example, from a service customer who indicates you as a contact person.

5.1. We collect and process only such Personal Data as are necessary to achieve the specified purposes of Personal Data processing.

- 6.2.2. Data processing or transfer agreements ensuring the protection of your Personal Data have been concluded with such partners and service providers; and
- 6.2.3. The European Commission has adopted a decision regarding the adequacy of the country in which our partner or service provider is established; or
- 6.2.4. Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for international transfers are signed with them; or
- 6.2.5. You have given consent for the transfer of Personal Data outside the EU / EEA; or
- 6.2.6. There are other grounds for lawful data transfer under the provisions of Chapter V of the GDPR.
7. What Rights Do You Have?

Upon receipt of your request or instruction regarding the processing of Personal Data, we will provide a response and carry out the actions specified in the request, or inform you of the reasons for refusing to do so, no later than within 1 month from the date of receipt of the request. If necessary, the specified period may be extended by an additional 2 months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.

8.1. Your Personal Data are processed responsibly and securely and are protected against loss, unauthorised use, and alteration.
